Little Engineer is a full-day engineering camp for PreK-K students (ages 4-5) who love to build and create. Running from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, this camp provides extended time for young engineers to explore construction, design, and problem-solving. Campers will work with blocks, simple machines, and various building materials to create bridges, towers, vehicles, and other structures. The camp introduces fundamental engineering concepts like stability, balance, cause and effect, and simple machines through age-appropriate, hands-on activities. Children will participate in building challenges, collaborative projects, and creative construction time. Activities include exploring ramps, levers, wheels, gears, and pulleys through playful experimentation. The full-day format allows for more complex projects and deeper exploration of engineering concepts. Little Engineers will develop spatial reasoning, fine motor skills, persistence, and creative problem-solving abilities while having fun building and creating.
