The Richmond Spiders Girls Lacrosse Summer Elite Camp is an intensive full-day training experience designed specifically for high school girls who are serious about advancing their lacrosse skills and preparing for competitive play. Led by the University of Richmond Women's Lacrosse coaching staff, this elite camp provides comprehensive instruction in advanced techniques, tactical strategies, and the mental aspects of the game. Participants will engage in position-specific training, competitive drills, small-sided games, and full-field scrimmages that simulate college-level play. The camp emphasizes individual skill development in stick work, shooting accuracy, defensive positioning, and transition play, while also focusing on team concepts and game awareness. Coaches provide personalized feedback and evaluation to help players identify areas for improvement and set goals for their continued development. The extended 9.5-hour day allows for in-depth training sessions, film review, and Q&A opportunities with Division I coaches and players. This camp is ideal for players aspiring to play at the high school varsity or collegiate level.
