During Tails and Scales Pet Camp, we will explore various types of animals that make good pets. We'll study mammals, reptiles, and amphibians and classify pets into these categories. Baking pet treats, painting dog bandanas, creating cat toys, and observing two classroom pets are a few of our planned activities. We will also have some special guests visit our classroom! Campers are invited to bring a photo of their pet. This hands-on camp combines animal science with creative activities, teaching children about pet care, animal classification, and responsible pet ownership. All materials are provided for a week of animal-themed fun.
