Rock City World Tour introduces young campers ages 4-6 to a world of music through an engaging mix of storytime, musical instruments, and group play. This music camp is designed specifically for preschoolers and early elementary students who want to explore their musical talents in a fun, creative environment. Kids learn about core musical concepts like loud and soft, fast and slow, and high and low notes through interactive stories and hands-on instrument exploration. Each concept is linked to a children's story and instrument, allowing campers to discover different types of instruments through the power of storytelling. Rock City storytime includes fun, movement-based activities that let campers express themselves through music and dance. Over the course of camp, kids are introduced to instruments like hand-drums, recorders, and keyboards while learning fundamental skills that prepare them for future music lessons. The program also builds key early childhood skills including counting, pattern recognition, hand-eye coordination, social skills, and auditory awareness.
