Jr. Scientist introduces grades 1-3 students to the exciting world of scientific exploration across multiple disciplines. Young scientists will conduct experiments in chemistry, physics, biology, and earth science, learning the scientific method through hands-on discovery. Each day features engaging activities that encourage observation, hypothesis formation, experimentation, and conclusion drawing. Campers will explore topics like chemical reactions, simple machines, living organisms, and weather patterns. They'll build their own experiments, create scientific models, and participate in group challenges that develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The week includes outdoor exploration, lab work, and collaborative projects that make science come alive. This comprehensive camp builds confidence in scientific inquiry and fosters curiosity about the natural world.
