KidStrong's 7-9 Years classes help elementary-age children build the physical, mental, and character skills to excel in school and life. These 45-minute weekly classes are led by expert coaches and designed by child development specialists. Kids participate in structured activities including the KidStrong affirmation to boost self-esteem, social greetings practicing handshakes and eye contact, foundations combining warm-ups with skill development, milestone activities that stimulate brain function and enhance cognitive development, move & learn obstacle courses that blend physical activity with cognitive challenges like pattern recognition and public speaking, performance training for skill mastery, and exciting competitions like tug of war and tire flips that develop grit and teamwork.
