Elizabeth Carter offers customized training rides for horses based on their individual abilities and the owner's goals. This comprehensive training program covers a wide range of needs, from starting young green horses to transitioning horses off the track or from another discipline. Services include starting horses over fences, preparing them for their first show, moving up divisions, and providing occasional tune-ups for experienced horses. Elizabeth evaluates each horse individually and consults with owners to determine the best training program to help both horse and rider excel. Her background includes four years riding for Oklahoma State University's Division I equestrian team, where she was a four-time consecutive Big XII champion and the 2022 national champion. She was also named the 2024 Horseman of the Year at OSU and has trained under top industry professionals including Jeff Bradner, Jan Simpson, and Katherine Schmidt Butler. Her energetic and positive attitude, combined with hard work and determination, makes her a respected trainer in the equestrian community. Training rides are available for horses boarded at JREC.
