Open a Bakery III is the advanced level for experienced young bakers ready to tackle professional-level techniques and complex recipes. This camp focuses on advanced decorating skills, multi-component desserts, and presentation worthy of a professional bakery. Students work with fondant, gum paste, advanced piping techniques, and create elaborate decorated cakes and pastries. The curriculum includes cake construction, flavor development, and business basics of running a bakery. Campers create portfolio-worthy pieces that demonstrate their mastery of baking arts, culminating in a showcase event where they present their masterpieces.
