Mixed Media Fun is an advanced exploration of contemporary art techniques that combine various materials, methods, and artistic approaches. This camp encourages older children to push creative boundaries by mixing traditional and modern art forms, experimenting with unconventional materials, and developing their unique artistic voice. Campers will work with diverse media including paint, collage, sculpture, printmaking, digital elements, found objects, and more, learning how different materials can interact to create compelling artwork. The program emphasizes creative problem-solving, artistic experimentation, and personal expression. Projects are designed to challenge campers' creativity while teaching advanced techniques in composition, color theory, texture, and three-dimensional design. Each day features multiple art workshops where campers explore different mixed media approaches, from abstract expressionism to contemporary installation art.
