Practice your survival skills as you learn about maps and compasses, first aid, extreme weather, and plant identification. Compare your survival skills to some of the world's wildest animals, and investigate how much is learned and how much is instinct. This camp for rising 2nd and 3rd grade children aged 7-8 years takes place at Maymont Farm. Available as both half-day (9:15am-12:15pm in 2025) and full-day (9:00am-3:00pm in 2026) options, campers will develop practical outdoor skills while learning about animal survival strategies and adaptations.
